Power breakfast, day 90: strawberries, a banana, toasted pepitas and slivered almonds over shredded lettuce and raw kale, generously drizzled with a nice balsamic vinegar. I wasn’t sure about the banana with the vinegar but it was actually pretty good. Strawberries and balsamic vinegar, of course, are two flavours that were born to be together.
